This is our second time at Hotel Matilde, and the next time we visit Gran Canaria, it will once again be our first choice in Las Palmas. The staff is amazing, with exceptional kindness and attention to detail. The facilities are new and very well maintained. The family room is perfect for four people, and the hotel's location makes it easy to get around the city, with parking nearby. Breakfast is varied, with many items freshly prepared, and everything is delicious. All in all, we felt like family here thanks to the fantastic staff, who truly set this hotel apart from others.

The hotel is generally good; it's been renovated and the rooms are very clean and modern. The location is great, close to Las Canteras and with views of the port. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby. The customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

A small hotel in the northern part of the city, just a short walk from Las Canteras beach.
The room with a terrace was very good, comfortable double bed, spacious bathroom, and the terrace had a small table and two chairs with a nice view of the city.
There's also a rooftop solarium area.
